 So recently I watched a web show for a Modern Reimagining for Scooby Doo. It is available on YouTube here - Mystery Incorporated - Pilot - Welcome to Coolsville.


Anyway, I figured that a supernatural version of Mystery Inc. would play out well in Night Shift VSW. So let's get started, shall we?

Fredrick "Fred" Jones was the son of the Mayor of Coolsville, California Fred Jones Senior, and his wife Winifred Jones who worked as a Teacher at the local High School. Fred has always been interested in the bizarre and strange but one night his parents were murdered by a demon and his understanding of the paranormal became ingrained. He started investigating paranormal occurrences across California and eventually the whole of the lower 48 States in the USA. Due to the Hellmouth beneath Coolsville High Fred and several other students became touched by the occult. In Fred's case, his brain was opened up to the eldritch maelstrom and his acuity in Science and occult technology became superhuman. Alongside his friends Daphne Blake, Shaggy Rogers, Velma Dinkley, and Shaggy's Great Dane Scooby they began their adventures to save the world ... just about every Thursday.
